As CFO, Foster was immediately charged with building a financial organization from the ground up, implementing a new general ledger, completing the budgeting process, and selecting a location for our new headquarters location - all tasks which were completed in record time. Knowing that we're all still improving on those skills - and recognizing that no one person, including myself, is yet a true expert - is key to success in this field."
